These all will probably be held back but we got lucky being in the right place at the right time when our good friend Travis decided he was going to get rid of a couple of his holdbacks. The above picture is of a 2009 albino female, if you click on the picture you can see the saddle scales (cream colored ones) are tipped with orange. It is uncommon but not rare for an albino's scales to be tipped with orange. Travis' Kenyans tend to have an unusual colored saddle, you can really see it in the normal het albino in picture 3 and 4 below.
The above picture is of a 2009 Normal female, I can't remember off hand if it is het for anything. She is about 100 grams and is well on her way to breeding, again, she is scheduled to be a future breeder for us.
This normal het albino is really cool looking. If you look at his saddles (the black part) you can see the orange color bleeding through. This is basically the same thing that is happening in the albino picture except is almost looks like the natural color of this snake is orange and the black is tipping the scales to create the saddles. Travis has produced the one and only 'Rose' possible morph which exhibits 'red' colored saddles on a normal colored Kenyan. If it turns out this trait is in fact a genetic reproducable trait than it willl open up a whole bunch more morphs. I don't know what he has going on with saddle color but it seems like every litter I get from him the saddles are a peculiar color. This is a 2010 male normal het for albino, he is for sale and will be at the New Orleans show http://www.gilaproductions.com/no/nomain.html with us October 9th and 10th.
